Public Hearing on 12/14/22 for Entering into an Energy Services Contract

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Board of Education of the Fremont Unified School District (“District”) to consider entering into an energy services contract (“Agreement”) with FFP BTM SOLAR, LLC (“ForeFront Power”) to install and operate, District-wide, solar photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems, pursuant to the terms of Government Code section 4217.12.

The time for the public hearing on the intention of the Board to consider entering into the Agreement with ForeFront Power is December 14, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, during the Board’s regular meeting in the Education Center Board Room at 4210 Technology Drive, in Fremont, 94538. 

At such time the testimony of all interested persons for or against the proposed Agreement will be heard.  Any protest pertaining to the regularity or sufficiency of the proceedings shall be in writing and shall clearly set forth the irregularities and defects to which the objection is made.  Any written protest shall be filed with the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent & Board of Education, Ms. Patty Sandoval, via, on or before the time set for the hearing.  The District may waive any irregularities in the form or content of any written notice and at the hearing may correct minor defects in the proceedings.  Written protests may be withdrawn, in writing, at any time before the conclusion of the hearing
