NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Governing Board of the Fremont Unified School District on Map Options to Receive Public Testimony Concerning Proposed Adjusted Trustee Area Plan Following the Release of the 2020 Census Data. The District is providing an opportunity to the community to review and provide feedback over the next week before the Board of Education votes on December 8, 2021 for a map that will be put into effect for the March 2022 Board elections.

YOU WILL THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing will be held before the Governing Board of the District as follows:

Date: December 8, 2021
Place: District Office – Board Room
4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538
Time: 6:30 p.m. (approximate)

The public hearing shall be in accordance with California Elections Code section 10010.
