393-03-14-23 Request for Proposal Synthetic Turf Field Removal / Replacement Project at Tak Fudenna Memorial Stadium

Fremont Unified School District is seeking comprehensive proposals from synthetic turf companies to supply and install new synthetic turf at Tak Fudenna Memorial Stadium, located at 38442 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, California. Tak Fudenna Memorial Stadium currently has a 2-inch tall pile FieldTurf sand-rubber infill synthetic turf field approximately 75,000 square feet in size.

Any questions shall be sent to Devin Conway via email at devin@verdedesigninc.com and cc copy to DJ Halbert, djhalbert@rgmkramer.com. All respondent questions are due by 5:00 p.m. PST on March 24, 2023.

Proposals will be received until Friday, March 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM.

Each bid must conform and be responsive to the RFP including sending physical samples as outlined in RFP.

RFP No: 450-23A.11: Request for Proposal for Wide Area Network Connections

In conformity with the Federal Communications Commission, Schools and Library Division (SLD), “Universal
Service Fund” (a.k.a. “E-Rate funding) application process, Fremont Unified School District, here after referred to as “Owner” is seeking proposals from qualified providers of Data Services.

Any and all updated project information, forms, including addenda, will be distributed through the project website, located at www.infinitycomm.com/projects & https://portal.usac.org/suite/. All these documents shall be made part of and material to the contract for services.

Proposals will only be received until March 3, 2023, at 01:00 PM PST. 

No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to a Respondent:

  1. Who is not licensed in accordance with the law.
  2. Does not hold a license qualifying them to perform work under this contract in the State of California.
  3. Who does not hold a valid SPIN and is not in good standing with the FCC/USAC.
  4. Who has not successfully performed one project of similar character and scope of the proposed work.
  5. Does not provide all required documentation as required by this RFP.

Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Pursuant to Education Code section 39802, the District seeks to procure the service at the lowest possible price consistent with proper and satisfactory service. The District may award the contract or contracts to other than the lowest bidder. The District also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award multiple contracts for services on an as-needed basis to multiple, different bidders.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.
